Hi
I recently changed to Sky Max wifi but a couple of rooms furthest from the hub had no coverage. Sky send a Room Pod but things didn't improve much so they sent an engineer who diagnosed the problem but had no parts in his van to rectify it. Sky send another Room Pod.
The coverage is much improved but my laptop still connects to the hub and not the Room Pods so the signal in this area is very weak and keeps dropping out. Any idea how I can get my laptop to connect to the Room Pods, its right under the desk I'm sitting at.

Edit: ethernet cable and WiFi off, perhaps, if your laptop has an ethernet port or you can source a USB to ethernet adapter to try it.

Thanks for the info. Will contact Sky (again) since its little use if I can't connect to the stronger signal.

I'd imagine that's something they'll be seeking to fix, but support may well not be able to provide any timeframe.

Hi John
Sky have yet to provide an answer. I ended up using a cable connected to the pod.
