How to contact Sky other than by phone or chat

Hi,

Can anyone please help me with an email address for Sky customer service please.

My wifi is still off. Has been all day.

And it's not the first time.

Surely there must be some other way of getting help than going through the service connection tips over and over or waiting hours in a phone queue or on chat..

Why is it so hard to contact them? The money they make, you would think they would hire more customer service !!

Sky don't use email as a general communication method with customers. Have you already reported the Broadband to Sky already? If not check the status here

Sky sometimes update their Twitter page
https://mobile.twitter.com/SkyHelpTeam?
You could also try carrying out the broadband test. This can be done via the Sky app on mobile data or use this link

Thanks, yes I've done the service tests etc many times lately.

Sky are just difficult to ger hold of in general, and I'm sure I contacted them by some kind of messaging in the past, and they got back to me, but I can't remember how I did it.

I suggest calling. It's by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline. 

See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it (once it’s fixed).
