Broadband keeps dropping g

I've tried all the resets etc. Wires are all fine. Live in an apartment, can't even broadband in  the bedroom.

@Billysally need to isolate what is failing is the connection to your Sky hub or the wifi in your flat. If the hub is losing its connection the internet light will change from green to amber. That is something you should report to Sky.

 

If the hub is staying connected the issue is with your wifi. Blocks of flats are often dreadful for wifi interference which isnt helped by the residents buying more and more wifi devices to improve their reception. You can see if that is the issue by installing a wifi analzer app on your phone. That will show all networks in range with the channel they use two or more networks on the same or adjacent chanel will interfere.
