We haver had the red banner at the top of our page now for over 2 years now and cant get rid of it. We have been members for over 15 years now.

No we have been with sky all those years and services are all fine.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
