Sky stream restricted

My service has been restricted, I paid the bill for it to be reinstated, set up new payment method then I click the button to reinstate service and it takes me back in a loop. It's been doing that for 8 hrs

You have to allow time for your payment to clear into Skys account. It's not instant.

  • On the screen it says please allow up to 4hrs for services to be reinstated. As mentioned this has now been going on for 8hrs

Have you also tried rebooting the stream puck as well? I guess it's possible the service has been reinstated but the puck hasn't checked back into Skys servers to pick up the message, and a reboot should ensure it does check back into the servers.
