My service has been restricted, I paid the bill for it to be reinstated, set up new payment method then I click the button to reinstate service and it takes me back in a loop. It's been doing that for 8 hrs

Have you also tried rebooting the stream puck as well? I guess it's possible the service has been reinstated but the puck hasn't checked back into Skys servers to pick up the message, and a reboot should ensure it does check back into the servers.
