Hello are week ago i contact your colegue about double charge of payment and i still didint receive my one payment yet could you check why or why its take to long?

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.

 

Sounds like you made an unnecessary manual payment. Is the overpayment showing as a credit on your Sky account?
