Hi all.
I was informed through the Sky Box Office online chat that I was eligible for a refund for the Fury/Usyk box office event as I wasn’t able to access the fight through the Now app on my TV, but despite two emails to the address I was directed to, I'm yet to get a reply from Sky nor any confirmation of the refund. It's been nearly three weeks since my first email.
Can anyone advise on what should be my next step? Is there a phone number I could call to speak to someone directly?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the Community Messaging team were only able to direct me to the route I'd already tried twice before (Box Office contact us page) and despite trying a THIRD time I've still had absolutely no contact from Sky. Needless to say no refund forthcoming either.
It's really appalling customer servicer and needless to say I won't ever be ordering anything from their Box Office service again. It's been over six weeks since I requested the refund and was told I would get one on their automated chatbot, but despite several attempts to contact them via the recommended Box Office contact us routes, I'm yet to hear a peep from them.
Is anyone able to advise on how I might be able to escalate this?
