Find out moreIf you were late in paying the bill you will also need to setup again your monthly payment method like a credit or debit card or a direct debit and only once you have done this and the payment you made has been cleared will your services be restored.

They fully cancelled my broadband and took the full payment in witch was all in place

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.
