I signed up for Paramount + through SKY on my TV, so should therefore be able to cancel it through SKY TV.
The Products menu option is definitely not there in MY SKY on my Sky Q TV
When I select any other option in that section, I get the error message shown below after entering my PIN number.
'Sorry something's not working right now. Please try again later'
Only option now is to call SKY 🤦♀️

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select what you want to cancel.. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.
Then follow the prompts to cancel.

Thank you, I found it under "Your Products" under "My Sky". It was simple to cancel from there

Sky may have changed (re-hidden) the location/headings since these answers came out, as none of these worked for me. But they did point me in the right direction.
What has worked:
Go to the TV and hit the HOME button.
Scroll down to My SKY and click.
Under Upgrades and Accessories, scroll across to Your Products.
Enter your PIN when prompted on the next screen.
Two headings will appear: "SKY subscriptions" and "APP subscriptions"
Click on "APP subscriptions" and you will find your Paramount+ app listed. Click on it and you can delete the renewal from there. Oh happy days.

So to update everyone, ive tried all that people have kindly suggested to no avail. HOWEVER, having been on the phone for like an 8th time with SKY today what they did was cancel my SKY Cinema for 10 mins which gave me the chance to then go into MY SKY /PRODUCTS etc and this allowed me to cancel the Marketplace subscription. Lets hope that doesnt lose my ability to hve Paramount plus added as a freebie with SKY Cinema after January 2nd when the standalone Paramount expires.

I've literally just cancelled mine using the sky chat, you have to get past the bot first and then a sky colleague has cancelled it there. I couldn't do it on the sky Q box as it froze everytime I clicked on manage subscription.

Hi 👋. I was struggling to cancel Paramount plus as my free trial finishes today and didn't want to get charged (been stung with other add ons before). I tried everything mentioned in this thread with no luck. Eventually I searched for the original email I recieved from Paramount plus when I signed up for the free trial and cancelled from there, not through Sky. Just posting this with the hope it might help someone else. Talk about making things difficult, thinking about cancelling Sky tomorrow.

No help whatsoever as Paramount+ is not showing on Sky subscriptions. Customer sales saying they cannot remove it as they cannot see it. Scam!!

I originally had paramount + with the movie channel. I cancelled the movies in April and unbeknown to me paramount wasn't cancelled with it. On July 3rd paramount took £6.99 from my bank. I have tried to cancel it with paramount but they are saying it needs to be cancelled with sky. Rang sky they have nothing on my account for paramount so they can't cancel it either. I tried to cancel it with my bank but that can't be done as it's a continuous subscription done on my card. So I'm at a loss as to how to cancel something that I didn't know I had till yesterday.

Paramount won't let you cancel it through them because it is linked to sky.
