Charges for leaving sky tv. Returning within 14 day cooling off period

I have returned to sky during my 14 day cooling off period. My April bill has charges applied for me terminating but these charges should not apply. Can anyone tell me who to contact as the options when you phone don't allow you to talk to anyone

As April is a few months it might update or these charges might be credited back to you via May's bill.

I have returned the broadband box to you but I've been charged for it
