Change of broadband credit
I have changed my broadband to sky from bt and was told i would get £100 towards the bt fee for leaving before my contract expires-this was £116. I have sent all the required documents to sky and they have said my account will now be credited by £100. However all my account shows is a £100 'discount' on the £100 sky broadband installation cost (which I wasn't told about) so the change over has actually cost me £116 when I was led to believe it was free/minimal.

When did you send through the required documents as successful claims should see the credit added with 14 days as Sky will then email to say it has been added to your account.
