Not sure if I still owe money to Sky

I left Sky on the 31st of January 2025. On the 1st of February I was asked to pay 5.82 for the remaining balance (the days I had gone over in the monthly payment). Just to confirm I didn't have a contract but pay as you go. I received a reminder few days ago saying I needed to pay 30.18 otherwise they might have to contact the creditors. I contacted sky and they told me I didn't owe any money to sky but I should pay this amount anyway and I would get it back after 45 working days. I said I can pay it earliest in the end of the month when I get paid my wages. Now I went to check my account it says the bill has been paid even I haven't paid any money yet. Do I still owe money to Sky or not? This is very confusing.

If that was your last day with Sky what services did you have from them and what shows now against your bill so does it show a credit because if so that is money that is owed to you if you are sure your account has been cancelled.
