Sky Broadband deal not being honoured

 Uupgraded my broadband on nov 2024  to sky fibre 100 they gave me a good deal price of £22.50. When my bill came i checked i wasn't honoured the same deal it was more. When the advisor checked she said its not compatible with the sky stream package I upgraded to something to do with the system. She in fact said she has a better deal for me sky wifi max reduced to £17.50 and an admin fee £10 one off. She sent my contract in email but there is no agreed price anywhere on the contract. Second time sky is messing with me after being customer for years! I'm going to leave if they don't fix this issue!!!

They keep giving time frames I'm still waiting for a call bck from the agent.

She said 3 to 5 working days. It's 8th working day today!
