 I've just received a bill for this month with an additional charge for changing my package during the period from 27th April to 21st May. But I have not made any changes or added any services to my account. Any advice on how I can resolve this?

...and have you previously been billed for Ultrafast Broadband 1 for the period 27 April to 21 May. Check your last bill to see what period it covered.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

my first bill was for March to 26th April. The second bill is for 27th April to 22nd June.
