I hope this message finds you well. I would like to request the cancellation of my Disney+ subscription via marketplace. It appears that Sky has been charging me twice for this service, as it is included in the new package I agreed to a few months ago, and it should have been canceled at that time. Additionally, I kindly ask for a refund for the duplicate charges for the Disney+. service. Thank you for your help.. Tanya

As to a refund, that's unlikely, but you could speak directly to Sky about it.
We're a Community of customers, like yourself, rather than Sky Customer Services.

As far as I'm aware Sky don't offer a package that includes Disney + so I don't know how it could have been included as part of a deal you negotiated.
