My bill

My bill is coming out on Tuesday but last month I payed the bill in full and I paid half so I'm in front so will be bill be paid for

This is a customer helps customer forum. Your not speaking to Sky. No one here can see your account. You will need to call Sky customer services or check the my Sky app or website.

If you pay by something like a direct debit then Sky will take that payment as it is set up to do each month so there is no need to make manual payments in advance that you are doing so this payment you made should appear as a credit that will either be used against your next bill or it can be refunded to you.

@Jayne1981 providing you were in credit at the time Tuesday's bill was generated, the credit should be used to reduce Tuesday's bill. You can check the amount of Tuesday's bill via your online account here: https://www.sky.com/bill
