Sky Signature Discount and In Contract Discount

My January bill has the discounts applied but when i look at February the discounts have reduced but are still there, why, I have been with Sky 17 years

Discounts only last for a given period, either 18 months (or 24 months now).

 

You can either pay full list price or try and negotiate a new deal with Sky.  (If you've been with the 17 years then this shouldn't be new?)

Are you discounts due to end soon as this might explain why they are reduced on the February bill so what shows on the Match bill are they shown at all ?

my contract ends 20th March but that predicted bill has no discounts, February still shows the discounts but the amount had reduced meaning the bill goes up by 3 pounds

Your contract doesn't end 20th March - your discounts do.

 

Billing is pro-rata and monthly in-advance.  That's why it varies.
