Sky Cinema "offer" bait and switch

Got an email offer the offer the other month. What it was supposed to be was one month of Sky Cinema free,  then 6 months at £6 per month. Now my free period is expired I seemed to be being charged £12 instead of £6. Just had a look at my contract online, and for some reason it's saying two months of free Sky Cinema, then that's it.. That is not what I signed up to.

I tried going through the chat bot and got nowhere. Online messaging isn't available right now.

I don't like speaking to people on the phone. I'd rather do it online.

@Bungle1973 Did you receive an email from Skt with the subject line "Confirming your Sky offer" (or similar)?

if so, it should have the terms, dates & prices of your offer. Does the email reflect what you believe you agreed to?

In addition to this, if you any reason you don't have the email Sky sent when you tool up the offer, all correspondance Sky send and all contracts are available via the Message Centre of your My Sky account so you can double check there as well: https://www.sky.com/mymessages
