Hi. I think that I'm supposed to have balance due for my broadband. Previously, it said that I had an $58.50 balance overdue, which I was going to pay. However, upon putting money on card and trying to pay, it magically said that it was payed on the 3rd of Januray. I also checked my banking app to see if I've been charged and the only thing I saw was payment declined from Sky.
Something like this has happened before, only for my services to be cancelled and me not being able to pay it then because it said that I didn't have any balance overdue. I want someone to confirm whether or not I truly have an overdue balance.
