Sky puck

 been stuck on this for about an hour I have unplugged both my internet and sky puck. Held the button for 10 seconds and I keep repeating it but still stuck on this

Are you connected via WiFi or ethernet? 

If WiFi, could you connect via ethernet and try again? 

When you pressed the power button did the light flash?

Wifi and I don't have cable to connect it too and it's just flashes white

Hi @Blondiefan95 

Try this below, making sure it flashes different colours, the button is the one on Stream and not remote.

1. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash different colours, then remove your finger.
2. Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
