Have you tried the recovery procedure?
If that doesn't work, it sounds like a faulty box and you should contact Sky for a replacement.

See you have swapped out thehdmi lead
Would suggest removing the power from your TV and Sky Stream puck for a good few minutes and try again.
That often resets these glitches.
