Sky stream puck - green screen

Hi i have come home today and turned on my sky stream puck and just keep getting a green screen, i have tried resetting the puck and also tried a different hdmi cable and tv but nothing seems to be working?

Have you tried the recovery procedure

If that doesn't work, it sounds like a faulty box and you should contact Sky for a replacement.

Often this is your hdmi has somehow lost its connection or a cable has failed

See you have swapped out thehdmi lead

 

Would suggest removing the power from your TV and Sky Stream puck for a good few minutes and try again.

That often resets these glitches.
