Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Robertkeit that is a common issue which in the vast majority of cases due to the Puck not getting sufficent data. You can check the actual bandidth the puck can access by running the Network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. Dont make the mistake of assuming the a decent connection to your router means wifi spedds at the puck must be great as the reality can be very different.
