Hi anyone experience problems with sky stream ? Pixelating and stuttering

@Robertkeit  Thats most likely a wifi or speed issue at your end.  On the puck ipen netflix, go to get help and run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Robertkeit that is a common issue which in the vast majority of cases due to the Puck not getting sufficent data. You can check the actual bandidth the puck can access by running the Network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. Dont make the  mistake of assuming the a decent connection to your router means wifi spedds at the puck must be great as the reality can be very different.
