I don't know if this is new behaviour from an update or a sign my puck is dying. For several mornings now, it doesn't power on to the home screen. There's no video feed to the TV but the white LED is on. Nothing I try on the remote brings it up. I have to pull the power lead and then it starts normally. Every day this week so far.
Is anyone else seeing this?

Puck is just over two years old.

If this doesn't help post back and your post an be escalated to the Community Messaging Team for troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement puck.

Yes ... same problem with 2 pucks.
Frequent blank screens on start up requiring power reset, and numerous lip-sync issues.
500MB fibre, latest TP-Link mesh network, a lot of reliable smart home tech and technically very competent, but Sky pucks are the worst bit of tech I've bought. Unreliable in the extreme and not what I expected from Sky.

Next time this happens and you get the white light and it's not powering on correctly, try the recovery procedure to the letter as in step 4 here;
This will do a number of things, apart from restart it in a safer mode and most probably will also check for any firmware/ software updates and do a cache cleanup that may be causing issues.
