Hi,
I set up Netflix through Sky and when I logged in, my profiles are showed as main profile and children. I queried this with Sky directly and explained I need 2 separate profiles for myself and my adult daughter who lives at home as we have very different viewing tastes. It was explained that I needed to upgrade to the plan without ads which would allow me to have 2 adult profiles. I agreed as the price was cheaper than going to Netflix directly.
On logging back in the problem remains. Before I sit on the phone and go through the whole explanation and rigmarole again is there something obvious that I'm doing wrong/ is there an easy fix I'm missing? Any advice is appreciated.
Many thanks 👍🏻

Hi @MeMAZ
You can have multiple profiles on the ad support version. Sky don't administer netflix profiles, that is netflix's responsibility. Sky simply handle the billing.
See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fixing-problems-with-netflix
This information from netflix may be helpful: https://help.netflix.com/en/search?q=Profiles
Sharing an account with someone else outside your home isn't supported by Sky (or any 3rd party that handles billing).

Re: Only one adult profile and one child profile showing on Netflix
Thank you! I can see now that accessing Netflix through my Sky TV homepage was the problem. I’ve now logged in directly through Netflix on my smart TV and that's done the trick.
Just need to decide whether to downgrade back to 'with ads' as I clearly didn't need the upgrade suggested by Sky.
Your response was much appreciated!
