Puck set up on 14th Feb everything OK until this morning. No tv even though green light on puck just goes to black screen. Wi-fi connection ok

Power off at the wall for a few minutes in the first instance. If that doesn't work follow the advice in this help article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck
