My Sky Stream puck has been faultless for the first 2 months. Then recently, it started coming up with the odd error message (Can't load page, etc.). This morning, I couldn't watch any live channel, only Netflix and Prime were unaffected.
I've rebooted by router (Virgin), puck and TV, which has had no effect. I don't use Wi-fi for the puck as it's hard-wired into my router. Internet speed is fast (790Mb/s).
Help.......I'm running out of ideas.

Have you checked that WiFi is turned off on the puck's network settings? It can sometimes turn itself back on and will default to using it even when an ethernet cable is attached.

Yes, it's definitely off (just checked).
I'm beginning to think Sky Stream was a mistake.
