Technical issue

My sky stream...I put it on and get a blue screen with a technical issue sentence on. Online says connected to internet puck is ok but I can't do anything. Press home button and does nothing

Power it off at the mains for a few minutes in the first instance.

 

Might be helpful to reboot your router too.
