Sky glass keeps locking randomly !! out whilst watching a box, complete screen, freeze, set the only way I can reset it is my turn off at the main switch

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bazzaton2712 is this on HD or UHD msterial? Checkthe data feed by running the network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app. Assuming thst is 20Mb/s for HD or 40Mb/s for UHD then you may have a dodgy set in which case call Sky. If not then the issue is with improving the feed or not using UHD quality. Deslly use ethernet rather than wifi as that reduces issues with wifi interference.
