Go to the bottom of the home page and select: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions.
Select App subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema. If so select Activate subscription.

Hi. Did not work. Tried and tried again. Ended up paying 6.99 then try follow link but still no success. Going to have to ring sky i think. Tried unplugging tv too even to see if would work. Disney netflix all worked at the time. Im used to linking devices etc. Just this paramount plus doesnt work for me

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

@Hannah121295 did you get any joy from sky. I have the exact same issue and just seem to be going around in circles
