One or two dead pixels

Hardly noticeable when watching most TV, except more so with plain backgrounds if I draw my eyes to the area of the screen it's on. I've tried all the different reset options to no avail. The thing is, this is my second Sky Glass unit in 7 months. Would this warrant a complaint and another replacement set? Even for what is a small dot on screen, but then I also think paying the amount of money for the TV,  it should be pixel perfect.  Not sure if I can be bothered with the same process as last time (several calls to Sky and a TV engineer calling round) before getting approval. My last Sky Glass was replaced for a different reason. My ask is, Would you ring up to complain for one or two dead pixels? I suppose the other thing is once you know it's there, you can't un-notice it! A line of dead pixels I would not hesitate to complain but at the same time, I've only just had this TV replaced. What's everyone else's thoughts on the matter?

I would absolutely insist on a replacement. You are spending hundreds of pounds on something that will be used probably daily for (one would hope) many years. You can't un-see dead pixels so they will always be there, disrupting your viewing pleasure...

Re: One or two dead pixels

Thanks for making up my mind. I've been putting it off for around 3 weeks, but soon after your reply, I got straight on the phone to Sky. I got really lucky with the operator, couldn't of asked for better service. Replacement coming in under 48 hours. No fuss or having to go through a million different steps to get approval. Feel so much better. Third time lucky with Glass? Hoping so!

All Sky numbers lead to the same place (and can't be posted on the forum).

@LeanneR  The forum filters will block phone numbers being entered to prevent posters including their personal phone numbers.

If Sky is your mobile provider you can call customer services by dialling 150.

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky.
