Rte Player in Ireland
I live in Ireland and have Sky Glass. I like to watch RTE player but I cannot stream my programs through RTE player on Sky Glass, while this is no problem on my Three mobile data. How can I stream through Sky Glass it's not good enough as I live in Ireland!!

Re: Rte Player in Ireland
Availability of RTÉ One, RTÉ Two and TG4 Channels are for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only
Northern Ireland get access to the above Irish Channels due to a Cross-border partnership agreement that was signed in 2010 with UK and the above channels made available in Northern Ireland since 2012
The above agreement does not apply to England/Scotland/Wales
In return we get access to BBC channels in Republic of Ireland
We get Northern Ireland versions of the BBC Channels.
TV service providers example Sky Ireland/Virgin Media Ireland/Eir etc in Republic still though have to pay a carriage fee to the BBC to provide channels on those services EPG.
Customers though with satellite can receive the BBC channels as they free to air or with an TV aerial close to the border if reception good enough to pick up the channels
Northern Ireland can also receive Irish TV Channels using an TV aerial if reception good enough to receive
We don't get ITV channels in Republic of Ireland on Sky Ireland EPG due to Virgin Media Ireland channels having broadcast rights to most but not all ITV content
Some ITV Sport content the broadcast rights are with Premier Sports Ireland and is mostly in regards to International football matches and FA cup
We get Channel 4 in Republic of Ireland but not for free Irish tv providers pay channel 4 to broadcast those channels
We don't get Channel 5 in Republic of Ireland
A limited amount of channel 5 content is broadcast on Virgin Media and RTÉ channels instead.
Sky Glass 65 inch and 2 Sky Stream Pucks

An escalation is only valid for 48 hours, so,looks like you missed the previous opportunity.
Would you like us to re-escalate for you, if you still have the issue you reported at the start of this thread?
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
