Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Sheila4 If you're in the 30 day cool off then you need to call Sky to return the TV & Cancel the Glass subs & then place a new order where you will be credit chacked again, there is no facility to just swap.
If you're outside the cool off period then i'm afraid you won't be able to return the TV
