Hopefully someone will be able to help me...
Currently a Sky Q customer and my deals end in June, I had a text when they were getting rid of the final Gen1 models, when I spoke to Sky they said it probably wasn't the best time for me to upgrade, going through the MySky app, i am looking at £20 up front for a 65" model and to do the same package its an extra £16 a month, are the best deals online or is it better to ring Sky?
I live on a newer build estate so I cant get my BB direct through Sky, I use Seethelight which are apparently Sky, I have the 160MBPS package and connect all my devices wireless.
Also in reference to the pre credit agreement, do I assume its been accepted when it gives you option to sign the pre agreement and ticks to say its been signed, also presents you with the final screen to confirm direct debit payments and space to pay the deposit with a card?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Reevo87 If the order has passed a credit check you should receive confirmation of delivery from Sky. Have you received any of this yet?
