Hey mate,
So when you first plug in your console of choice it'll work fine. If you do discover any jumps or screen lag, you have to unplug the glass from the wire on the back for 3-4 seconds then plug back in and it'll be fine. Have to do it every so often but it runs fine once you do that. Hope this helps.

Pull the wire from the back of the TV? That's a sure fire way to break the TV, doing they daily will break the connectors. Just turn the plug off then back on, no need to wait 3-4 secs either

Nope, that's not the TV, that's very likely cod. It's a huge, terribly optimised, bag of filth. It barely works on any platform. There's a slight chance it's your Xbox, but it's 99% probably the game.
Unplug your Xbox & leave it unplugged for 5 mins, this clears the cache. On your Xbox home screen hover over the game & open the more details or whatever it's called, then find reserved space & delete that, it's either 2gb or 12gb I forget. That might help.
Download a free game to see if happens on that, just to rule out it's not the Xbox. You can try uninstalling parts of cod you don't play like campaign, warzone, zombies, or just uninstall & reinstall it again though that takes a while.
It could also be an internet issue, are you wired, speeds & ping good? Though it does sound like it's the game.
The issues you're having are t the TV though.

Regarding the jitter & jumpiness issue, which until you notice it you won't but when you do its awful. Your aim will jump every 4-5 seconds, it'll feel like a lag spike, but it's the TV, that's the only issue.
The workaround is put the game on screen, so in your case the multiplayer menu in cod, then unplug the TV or switch off on the wall then turn it straight back on, when it reboots you'll be on the sky menu, go to the Xbox & select, from then on it won't happen again & is temporarily fixed UNTIL you put the TV back on, or go to the Xbox home screen, that causes it to happen again.

@Nawwti sorry are you replying to me saying it's not the tv that's causing my issues? I've tried other games and never seem to have an issue. It doesn't always happen but when it does the game is impossible to play like it freezes and jumps. If when loading into a game.

@Nawwti I have also tried the clearing of cache, uninstalling parts of the game, uninstalling the whole game and reinstalling and none of that has worked, what I will say is I've just turn of Auto Game Mode on the TV and seems to working fine, but I cannot guarantee it is that cause it happens at random times, so I guess time will tell.

Yeah to you 👍 it's not the TV & sounds like I said it's the game. It's lost massive player numbers because the game runs really really badly. Unfortunately there's no fix, it's how the games coded. For whatever reason a good few games run better on the S, I had cod on both & destiny on both & id often have issues on the X, I've now got 3 S's, one on each floor. I only play destiny these days.

Yeah with things like this it's trial & error, & can weirdly affect people differently. Turning off low latency will make it laggy though, no? To me it feels like I'm sliding on ice when its turned off.
Try that thing I said, get ingsne then unplug the TV, it'll feel smoother after.
Try different things & rule out issues 1 by 1.

@Nawwti no way! It's weird cause my friend has the exact same game and console as me and never has my issues like me at all. Runs perfectly fine for him. The only thing I will say is that I took my console to my dads and it worked fine, different tv and different Internet?

@Damo6 Potentially could be connection issues, but it's not the TV. What's your internet speed, ping, jitter etc. Are you wired of WiFi? WiFi can lose packets & cause signal loss. My upstairs Xbox used to have cod issues on WiFi but my front room one was fine, wired.

@Nawwti I've literally tried numerous things. My internet speed is over 1000mbps, I've tried wired and wireless. I could go a whole day of playing with no issues then wake up the next day to it constantly freezing, leave it for a while then go back on and it's fine. It's so bizarre. I've turn that auto game mode off today and since it's been ok, but could probably wake up tomorrow and have issues again. Latency is normally between 5 and 20 but does change to higher sometimes. How do I test my ping and jitter speed?

The Xbox could be overheating, cod is a very heavy intense game for the system to run, lots of decent pcs have the same issue.. Could need new thermal paste, is it in a well ventilated place? Maybe try an Xbox cooling fan. It's not the TV though, 100%.
Try googling it too, you really need to go down that route rather than here as it's not the TV 👍

I've just got the Gen 2 and I'm experiencing the "frame skip" every 5 seconds when playing on an XboxX.
Had one thought overnight that I'm going to try later.
I've left auto backlight on, I know from previous TVs that light levels are checked every few seconds, based on the fact the the frame skip happens at exactly the same interval, I'm wondering if it's actually the auto backlight that's causing the issue?
If anyone else has tried this please let me know.

@JohnFourty thanks for the update. In a way it's good to know it happens on gen2, means they'll potentially fix it, on the other hand maybe they can't. Is gen 2 also locked to 60fps or can you get 120?
I always have auto backlight on, don't like very bright screens but pretty sure I've had it on occasionally too & it still pinged. Pretty sure we know the issue, the TV stays at 55hz when switching to console which runs at 60hz & the TV compensates by adding the jump every 4-5 secs. It should switch automatically but doesn't, they said they reciprocated it on their end & were working on a fix but that was months ago.
Thanks for the update on gen2 btw 👍 I'd have been gutted buying it & it still happening. Deffo worth a phonecall to let them know it's still happening

@JohnFourty just tested, still happening with it off.
