Being deaf subtitles issue on sky my only way of following dialogue on channels sky glass is rubbish as far as this goes. Started months ago seemed to be on HD channels loss of subtitles done all recommended steps sometimes worked mostly didn't or disappeared when next selected please help or sky glass tv going out window if I can lift it

@terrytf can you elaborate on that please? What channel, what programme, what app, etc.? Are you sure that subtitles are enabled on your device currently?

You posted in the Sky+ forum too. I'm assuming from your post there that you do actually have Sky+, not Sky Stream.
Please clarify if that's not the case.

Where are you expecting subtitles and that are not appearing?
