@StellaPenney851  In what way are you unable to access Sky, for the forum to help we need a lot more details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Exiled-in-HH well i wouldn't be expecting someone with NOW TV to be posting on the Sky Community forum, they should be using the NOW TV Community Forum 😀

 

@StellaPenney851 as requested above you kind of need to give us more information, if you can't access Sky and its connected to Broadband i'm assuming you have either Sky Glass or Sky Stream. How are you connecting it to the internet via Wifi or Ethernet cable? Is everything completely broken? Is it just on-demands app? Is it just live channels? There are different solutions we can recommend but we need far more information with your want our assistance

I am getting the message currently there are no programs like this available and YouTube is just a blank grey screen

@Caro2 have you tried restarting your device? Turn it off at the plug, wait at least 30 seconds, turn it back on at the plug.

@MarkGoldsmith Sky customers commonly also have a NOW TV membership🙂
