At the end of last week I needed to get a new mobile so phoned Sky. I then needed to speak about my broadband contract and account. Unfortunately I cannot remember tha names of the people to whom I spoke but do want to commend them for the way they worked with me, the time they took to sort out the issues and find the best deals they could. They were friendly and helpful and went beyond the formal need to deal with a customers needs.

I would like to say Thank you to Christopher today as he helped us with our work. He was a very polite and kind person who always asked us questions and stayed interactive with us throughout the whole call. He asked us for our permission to do everything even if it is just to hold the call rather than being impatient. He has all the good qualities a call receiver should have. When my Sky TV failed Christine was most helpful and very patient in helping me to resolve the problem., a credit to SKY Unfortunately, it turned out be a failed SKY Q. mini box. Most unfortunate because this is my prime TV. I was shocked that it will be 10 days before an engineer can call. I asked for a rebate for loss of service for such a long time. Chris said that she was only authorised to give me £5, which is totally unacceptable given that I am paying circa £70/month. I would like to thank Claire the engineer who visited my 87 year old Mum today in Newtongrande Midlothian . She went above and beyond . Mum lost my Stepdad just a few weeks ago and part of changing account to mums name meant new Sky box being fitted . Claire did this and wrote down what all the buttons meant to make it easier for Mum to navigate . Then when Mum mentioned my Stepdads PC cables were unplugged so she couldn't use it Claire got it up and running for her 😁 I hope someone can track Claire down as we can't thank her enough for being so understanding and helpful .

We have been trying to clear up a problem with Sky Cinema being added to our package without permission. Our first telephone call was made to Sky at end of March. Our request was noted and we were advised to ring back On 12th April to check this had been sorted. after a lengthy wait the phone was answered by one of the call handlers. We explained (again) what we needed help with even though the notes were there on the system for call handler to read. Unfortunately this call handler did not know how to sort out getting items removed from our package. We asked her to transfer us to someone who could help. After another lengthy wait the phone was answered by Amanda. Amanda had read the notes and after speaking to her manager immediately sorted out our package reducing our bill to a more manageable amount. After 5 months, Jim was able to successfully resolve my ongoing issues. Absolutely brilliant representation for Sky. I wanted to highlight some exceptional customer service I received from Sky yesterday - the lady I spoke to was called Farah (her ID is FNZ01). I have recently transferred my Dad from Virgin to Sky and was having a couple of problems accessing the SkyApp. She could not have been more helpful - friendly, polite, extremely helpful, and determined to put the situation right. Her patience was commendable, and it was an absolute joy to speak to someone who really cared about the service she was providing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Sky needs to ensure they retain employees like Farah - I hope she answers my calls in the future! I do hope that someone reads this and is able to pass on my thanks and also for her to receive some much deserved recognition.

I'd like to say thak you to the Sky engineer Craig for the installation of Sky to my home in East Yorkshire yesterday. I was apprehensive as to what kind of person I would get for my Sky installation, however, Craig was the fundamental opposite of what I was dreading. Craig asked whereabouts I'd like and not like the Sky dish to be and I explained to him the plan I had in my head. Craig then came up with an even better idea, so we went with his. His idea was to mount the dish at the front of the house (like other properties with Sky on my street), rather than the left/right side. Being a detached house with a garage to one side, I didn't want to have a dish in the way of an extension, so the front of the house was the perfect all-round solution. Craig also took cable routing into consideration as no one wants a wire in plain view running down the side of their house if they can help it, so he ran it behind the gutter pipe, into my garage, then from the garage into my living room. Once all the exterior work had been done, Craig allowed me to open the boxes and get everything plugged in, the main Sky Q box and the Sky Q Mini for upstairs. Being a massive geek, Craig understood where I was coming from that when you get new things such as laptops, phones etc., a partition of the whole experience is the unboxing. I was incredibly happy not just to have Sky, but also that my experience with the installation; the presentation of the work carried out; the interaction etc. Over the years, I've learnt that people only provide feedback when they have something to complain about and I think what people really need to hear when they've done great work (especially when they've gone above and beyond) is praise, so I said to Craig I'd provide positive feedback about himself and his work. Yesterday (21 March) around 10.00am London time I called for help about a lost Sky signal. My called was taken by a lady based in Bulgaria. It was a conversation that lasted about 20 minutes throughout which she quite simply couldn't have been more patient and more knowledgeable. Her telephone manner was impeccable and not speaking in her native tongue her command of the English language was flawless. I am rarely minded to discover how to post on a forum but such was the level of my admiration for the service she gave me this had to be an exception. She did Sky Television proud.

I would like to send in great feedback to one of your engineers Josh. He came out to us on 7th March and was so friendly, knowledgable, efficient and kind. He put shoe covers on to enter the house and was extremely polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and was straight to the point. Sadly the storm in Feb had pulled our telephone pole down outside and he knew straight away it was a OpenReach fault on the line. He replaced our socket for a new one as he saw it needed updating. He then proceeded to book a BT OpenReach appointment for us for the very next morning! Everything is now sorted and we are back online. Josh you were amazing. Thank you so much!

The Sky Engineer (Graham) sorted our connection to Sky today. What a respectful, professional and lovely man, nothing was too much trouble for him. My husband is partly immobile due to a stroke, but Graham went above and beyond in explaining everything to us as we have purchased extra programmes which we asked for. Also, Graham wore over-shoes when entering the house which again is so respectful. Graham is a credit to Sky and all who work with him. Hello, I don't know if this is the correct area for this type of comment but I'd just like to say. I contacted sky to let them know my connection was down (turned out it was down in the whole area). The man who answered my call was superb. He told me that I was due an upgrade. He arranged for a new router to be delivered (it came the following day), and got me a reduction on my monthly payment. I'd just like to thank him but I didn't get his name. If there's anyway someone from sky could somehow find him pass this message of gratitude on that would be greatly appreciated. You've got yourself a top class employee, he did more than he had to and we even had a bit of a laugh over the phone. I'm from St Helens if this helps to get the message to him. Many Thanks.

I would like to say how impressed we were after contacting SKY technical help services when we called in the 5th March after struggling to get our mini box to operate. We spoke to David DAC 81, who went beyound the call of duty to help solve lots of issues that we hadnt been made aware of with our switch in broadband and tv package. He showed such a degree of patience and explained so many things without any rushing or frustrations. He demonstrated the best of customer service which i have no experienced from any company in many years. Hi, I'd like to give a massive thank you to Craig who came to my new home today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. He was very chatty and approachable and even went to put shoe covers on even though I haven't had carpet fitted yet!! Haha. He wired everything up for me and made sure that my son would have the best internet he could upstairs in his room. He called 30 minutes before arriving as he should have, some haven't in the past, he was friendly to my dog too which helps as some visitors just ignore him, when he's part of the family too. I had a connection problem with my mini sky q box and the remote control. We would like to give a big thanks to Noel for spending an hour with us over the phone trying to reconnect both the mini sky q box and the remote control. He took us through the reset remote control steps then once that eventually worked he then took us through a system update on the mini sky q box which after several minutes the system update eventually also did the trick. Hi, I'm really bad with names and I have to admit I have forgot the man's name who helped me 😞 He was Scottish (which was great...to speak to someone who could understand my strong accent and I didn't have to keep repeating myself) haha. I just wanted to thank a member of staff Ameila from the Leeds team! My contract ended with BT and I wanted to see what sky had to offer honestly, I wasn't 100% sure weather I wanted to go ahead before I called however Ameila and her passion and love the products/company sold me and her lovely personality, I think every company needs an Ameila! I just wanted to say how thankful I am to the guy I've just spoken with who's helped me set up my ring doorbell after the hub kept rejecting it I made a phone call firstly to someone who just refused to help me then after my wifi kept dropping I called back after an attempted break in at my property I needed to step up my security after having a faulty device they sent another turns out it was my sky q hub blocking it and he put my reassurance back in sky and was super helpful thank you again so much I hope you get to see this and know I'm extremely grateful

My sky box was stuck on standby when I returned for a week away this afternoon. It had also lost broadband connection. After following online prompts and being unable to fix the problem I called sky. I spoke to Manesh who very patiently took time to investigate and guide me through the process and got my sky up and running again. What an asset Manesh is to Sky. Thanks again!

I spoke to an advisor yesterday about becoming a Sky Mobile customer. I'm already a TV and Broadband customer and have gone ahead with being a Sky Mobile customer. I want the advisor that I spoke to yesterday to know how amazing her customer service skills are and how at ease and confident she made me feel about taking out a contract phone. She also did everything she could to ensure I got the best deal available and I am extremely grateful to her and need her and her manager/team leader to know how fabulous their employee is.

Hello Sky, I just want to leave a review of my experience and thoughts about being a Sky Customer. I've been a Sky customer for almost 8 years now and for me I think Sky is hands down the best TV service out there. I was a Virgin customer for years until I received a tempting offer to join you and haven't looked back since. I have a Sky Q 4K HDR box for the main room and a Sky Q Mini box for our bedroom and have everything apart from the Sports and Kids channels. You offer amazing movie choices and provide superb TV box sets. Now that you've added Apple TV + to Sky Q along with Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus it's made an already awesome box even better. I received an invitation for Sky Glass but I declined this as I have Sky Q hooked up to my LG OLED TV so for me it would mean taking a drop in picture quality. Thanks for the invite though. Whenever my contract is due to end I always ring up to negotiate a better deal and your staff have always been super helpful. Myself and my partner both work from home and with me working nights and she works during the day we need our internet to be reliable 24-7 and out of all of the time we have been at home since Covid we only had 1 issue with broadband which you quickly fixed. My broadband was completely dead for 2 weeks in November - 13th to 28th November. I had numerous calls to the Sky help and spoke to many agents. The one I found most useful was Chris CMR88. He has an excellent work attitude, on 2 occasions, he said he would call me back and he did. I truly appreciate him coming back to me and I want to say not many agents in Sky would keep the promise like him. (I had some bad experiences in this 2-week episode which nearly drove me away to switch to another provider. It was Chris who pulled me back to stay with Sky as he asked for the last chance for his company. I was really disappointed after so many years I have been with Sky, the customer service seems to have gone down. As a customer, I think Sky as well, needs workers like Chris CMR88 who provide quality services, along with building trust relationships with the customers. I sincerely thank Chris CMR88 for his help and I would be grateful if you can pass this compliment on to Chris and his managers. Thank you, Sky. Happy Customer.

I would like to send my thanks to the Sky engineer (sorry didn't get his name) who came out to us this morning. I reported the issue with my Sky Q main box yesterday morning and it was replaced without question, the engineer also upgraded me to a full sports package and at the same time saved me a pound on my payment. My only criticism is why wasn't I made aware of the offer beforehand?
