I would like to say how impressed we were after contacting SKY technical help services when we called in the 5th March after struggling to get our mini box to operate.
We spoke to David DAC 81, who went beyound the call of duty to help solve lots of issues that we hadnt been made aware of with our switch in broadband and tv package.
He showed such a degree of patience and explained so many things without any rushing or frustrations.
He demonstrated the best of customer service which i have no experienced from any company in many years.
He is a credit to his company and I hope he gets rhe recognition he deserves as he is an assett to SKY ans would be great to have a lot more Davids in this world
