Yesterday (21 March) around 10.00am London time I called for help about a lost Sky signal. My called was taken by a lady based in Bulgaria.
It was a conversation that lasted about 20 minutes throughout which she quite simply couldn't have been more patient and more knowledgeable. Her telephone manner was impeccable and not speaking in her native tongue her command of the English language was flawless. I am rarely minded to discover how to post on a forum but such was the level of my admiration for the service she gave me this had to be an exception. She did Sky Television proud.
