Hi, I'd like to give a massive thank you to Craig who came to my new home today. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything to me. He was very chatty and approachable and even went to put shoe covers on even though I haven't had carpet fitted yet!! Haha. He wired everything up for me and made sure that my son would have the best internet he could upstairs in his room. He called 30 minutes before arriving as he should have, some haven't in the past, he was friendly to my dog too which helps as some visitors just ignore him, when he's part of the family too. I genuinely felt that he did his best for use today....... THIS IS WHY IM A SKY CUSTOMER. thanks Craig 👍
