Compliment to agent Chris CMR88

My broadband was completely dead for 2 weeks in November - 13th to 28th November. I had numerous calls to the Sky help and spoke to many agents. The one I found most useful was Chris CMR88. He has an excellent work attitude, on 2 occasions, he said he would call me back and he did. I truly appreciate him coming back to me and I want to say not many agents in Sky would keep the promise like him. (I had some bad experiences in this 2-week episode which nearly drove me away to switch to another provider. It was Chris who pulled me back to stay with Sky as he asked for the last chance for his company. I was really disappointed after so many years I have been with Sky, the customer service seems to have gone down.

As a customer, I think Sky as well, needs workers like Chris CMR88 who provide quality services, along with building trust relationships with the customers.

I sincerely thank Chris CMR88 for his help and I would be grateful if you can pass this compliment on to Chris and his managers.
