A huge thanks to Jim in Engineering for his incredible help. He went above and beyond to provide feedback and always ensured he kept his word to update me on my queries. After 5 months, Jim was able to successfully resolve my ongoing issues. Absolutely brilliant representation for Sky.
Fabulous thanks to Amy in cancellations who was extremely helpful, thorough and understanding. She was incredibly patient and provided alternative suggestions to my issues. Amy is another great representation for Sky.
I’m so very grateful to both Jim and Amy for their incredible help and truly believe they should be recognised for their continued support.
