I wanted to be be sure and give a good survey review for the person that helped me today with my broadband only subscription. I got a bit upset with the whole rising cost situation, but he was very patient and understanding - and I did calm down. I was told access to a survey would be sent by text, but I did not receive it. His name is Noel. If it is still possible to access that survey, please let me know how to do so. I do not normally fill out reviews or surveys, but would very much like to if possible on this occasion. This person deserves the excellent feedback he is due. His professionalism was very much appreciated!!
