Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I would like to send my thanks to the Sky engineer (sorry didn't get his name) who came out to us this morning. I reported the issue with my Sky Q main box yesterday morning and it was replaced without question, the engineer also upgraded me to a full sports package and at the same time saved me a pound on my payment.

 

My only criticism is why wasn't I made aware of the offer beforehand?
