I had a connection problem with my mini sky q box and the remote control. We would like to give a big thanks to Noel for spending an hour with us over the phone trying to reconnect both the mini sky q box and the remote control. He took us through the reset remote control steps then once that eventually worked he then took us through a system update on the mini sky q box which after several minutes the system update eventually also did the trick. Thank you very much Noel for your time and patience from 2 guys who are rubbish with technology. Martin & James
