I spoke to an advisor yesterday about becoming a Sky Mobile customer. I'm already a TV and Broadband customer and have gone ahead with being a Sky Mobile customer.
I want the advisor that I spoke to yesterday to know how amazing her customer service skills are and how at ease and confident she made me feel about taking out a contract phone. She also did everything she could to ensure I got the best deal available and I am extremely grateful to her and need her and her manager/team leader to know how fabulous their employee is.
