I would like to thank Claire the engineer who visited my 87 year old Mum today in Newtongrande Midlothian . She went above and beyond . Mum lost my Stepdad just a few weeks ago and part of changing account to mums name meant new Sky box being fitted . Claire did this and wrote down what all the buttons meant to make it easier for Mum to navigate . Then when Mum mentioned my Stepdads PC cables were unplugged so she couldn't use it Claire got it up and running for her 😁 I hope someone can track Claire down as we can't thank her enough for being so understanding and helpful .
