Upgrade

Hello, I don't know if this is the correct area for this type of comment but I'd just like to say. I contacted sky to let them know my connection was down (turned out it was down in the whole area). The man who answered my call was superb. He told me that I was due an upgrade. He arranged for a new router to be delivered (it came the following day), and got me a reduction on my monthly payment. I'd just like to thank him but I didn't get his name. If there's anyway someone from sky could somehow find him pass this message of gratitude on that would be greatly appreciated. You've got yourself a top class employee, he did more than he had to and we even had a bit of a laugh over the phone.

I'm from St Helens if this helps to get the message to him.
