I have just this moment come off the phone with a gentleman called Mark. He was ringing up about my anniversary offer and a checkup. Even though the anniversary offer wasn't something I was interested in pursuing and it was a relatively short call he was very polite and informative. He spoke to me like I was a proper person which sometimes you don't get with sale calls. He gave me some helpful information on some streaming services and his attitude to the call was consistent, genuine and friendly.
