The Sky Engineer (Graham) sorted our connection to Sky today.
What a respectful, professional and lovely man, nothing was too much trouble for him. My husband is partly immobile due to a stroke, but Graham went above and beyond in explaining everything to us as we have purchased extra programmes which we asked for.
Also, Graham wore over-shoes when entering the house which again is so respectful.
Graham is a credit to Sky and all who work with him. Many, many thanks for a brilliant experience.
